2011 USPS COMMEMORATIVE Yearbook – Stamps mounted w/Mail Use

I make every attempt to accurately describe the stamps offered for sale. Product descriptions will often include the phrases “stock scan”, “actual stamps in scan”, or a similar variation.

Stock scan: The scan shown is representative of the stamps that will be sent. Unless the plate number is explicitly stated in the title, the plate number may vary. The corner containing the plate number may also vary. For zip blocks, the corner may vary as well.

Actual stamps in scan: The scan shows the actual stamps that will be sent. The plate number, corner, and other visible characteristics will be the same as shown. No substitution or variation will be made unless the buyer is contacted and approves the change.

If a plate number is explicitly stated in the product title, that is the plate number that will be sent.

If a corner designation — UL, LL, UR, or LR — is explicitly stated in the product title, that is the corner in which the plate number will be located.
